Diva Dog of the Day: One-year-old Lu Lu the Mini Pinscher, AKA the Diva Dog of Zhumadian, has garnered the attention of locals for her sassy strut and her penchant for carrying a teddy bear purse around like a handbag.
“We loved her instantly,” says her owner, retired teacher Zhou Guanshun. Natch.
